The Stevens Family

Yesterday was Dylan’s 4 month check-up and shots. He did as well as can be expected at the doctor; he cried for a couple of minutes after the poking but seemed fine afterward… until today when he has been pretty fussy.

The check-up went well at least. Dr. Curry prounounced him a healthy little baby and told us that we can start feeding him food if we would like. He said to start with cereal and then we can introduce vegetables and fruit. He gave us a feeding schedule to follow with amounts and when to try them. Dylan seems ready for the food, but I am not sure his mom is ready for him to be eating food yet… we may wait a little bit to introduce it.

Dylan weighs in at 15 1/2 pounds which is in the 60th percentile, and he is a little over 26 inches in length which puts him in the 80th percentile for height. He is still a big boy but has slowed down a bit since his last check-up.

I took the camera but didn’t have a chance to get any pictures since Dylan spit-up about 4 timmes at the doctor’s office and I was busy cleaning that up… I will try and take some more photos soon and get some posted.
