While Kyle has been staying home with Dylan this week, he has been, “Helping him become more independent.” Dylan debut his new skill for me tonight before he went to bed.
In case you are looking at the photo and wondering what the skill is… he is holding his own bottle! I know, he isn’t solving Algebraic equations, but I think it is pretty good for someone who is not quite three months old.
He can’t hold the bottle the entire time he is drinking, but he made it a little over a minute or so before he needed help again. Way to go little Dylan!
What, no Algebraic equations yet?! I’m sure he will be learning Algebra and Calculus soon. He seems to be doing everything so fast.
Well, I am not planning on introducing any math skills anytime soon, so unless he turns out to be a math savant, Algebra is a long way off!
The skill I would LOVE him to acquire is the skill of sleeping more than 5 hours at night without eating.
