I started back to work last week, so I have been super busy and exhausted and haven’t made time to post anything new. So, this post is going to be a conglomeration of a lot of things that have happened over the week. Get ready for some photos…
Saturday Dylan attended his first birthday party. It was for Dani O’Sullivan who turned the ripe old age of three! When we got there Dylan was a little fussy because we took him to the Grapevine Mills mall earlier in the day to get some new threads, so we put him down for a little nap and then he was fine. He got to watch the older kids play and get lots of attention.
Here is a photo of Laura (Dani’s Aunt) giving Dylan a little love.
Dylan’s Nana and Papa Smith were in town over the weekend so Kyle got to play some golf and then they took us to eat at Saltgrass. It was a good time.
Here is a pic of Kyle and Dylan at the restaurant.
And here is a pic of Dylan getting spoiled by Papa Smith.
Kyle has been playing Mr. Mom for the last two weeks until Dylan starts daycare on March 10th. Here is a photo of them crashed out on the couch after a long day.
These are just some cute photos I took of Dylan hugging up on Mr. Bear. He LOVES him and likes to squeeze on him when he starts getting fidgety. He has even taken to putting Mr. Bear’s ears in his mouth lately; luckily, Mr. Bear is washable.
And finally, here are some photos of Dylan enjoying his bath. He took a bath like a big boy last night. He has been laying in the little hammock that came with his bathtub, but last night he actually sat in the water in the tub. He wasn’t sure what to think of the water at first and he held his legs and feet up out of it for a minute or so and then he relaxed and enjoyed his bath.
Dylan will be three months old soon and he seems to be going through another fussy stage.
His fussing begins promptly at 5:00pm and ends around 6:45-7:30 or whenever we can get him to bed for the night. I am hoping it will end soon!
