Milestone Update

It seems that when I wrote the post yesterday about Dylan’s milestones, I left one off. While playing on his Little Einstein gym on his one month birthday (Januray 8th), Dylan turned over from his tummy to his back. I thought it was just a fluke, so I did not record it as a “milestone.” But, apparently, Dylan did it again today.
Dylan’s Mamma and Pappa watched him for a couple of hours today while I got some scheduled maintenance done on my car, and when I picked him up, my mom said that Dylan was playing on his tummy and he turned himself over.
So, I guess, it wasn’t a fluke after all. We will have to give him some more practice on his tummy so he can perfect his new trick.
Wow, that’s awesome! Way to go Dylan! Riley still hasn’t mastered the rolling over; though he is getting close. I think he just finds it easier to cry so that we will turn him over when he is tired of being on his tummy.
Well, I wouldn’t say Dylan has mastered rolling over yet either. He doesn’t do it consistently, but it has happened a few times. It is a start!
